Please Read This Carefully, before returning your item
Sky Tactical can charge a restocking fee on its own discretion, based on, but not limited to the following principles:
- Original Order was for more than Qty 2 of the same item, and any number of item of them is returned other than being defective
- Original packaging is missing for defective items
- Item is no longer needed / wanted
- Restocking fee will never be more than 20%
- Apparel & Footwear have a 25% restocking fee for items such as do not fit. If exchanged, we can work on case to case bases to lower percentage.
- Sky Tactical does not pay for return shipping.
Due to our inspection of all returned packages refunds can take from 5-15 business days. We will inform you and do our best to expedite your requests whenever possible.
will cover return shipping fee in the following instances:
- Defective item
- In shipping damaged item
will NOT send a prepaid shipping label for returns
Sky Tactical can charge the customer the cost of return shipping we have provided when we sent a prepaid shipping label, if we establish that the item is returned for a different reason that marked. (i.e. item is sent as defective, but in perfect working condition)
Due to the process involved in returning an item, Sky Tactical will only issue refunds unless made up before with us. This will allow our customers to not have to wait until we process a return.
We do all we can to ship all orders in the shortest possible time. We are very proud to say, that most of our orders received every day before cutoff time ship out the same day from our warehouses.
In order to achieve this efficiency and speed we have automated our systems. We can NOT always honor cancellation requests, nor we take the cost for order redirection.
We might, in our discretion charge $5 handling cost per cancellation requests.
Ultimately, usually we can catch orders and we won't charge anything, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee this outcome for all order cancellation requests.
