The Voodoo Tactical Rip-Away medic pouch is an improvement on our popular EMT pouch. Internally, it is much the same, but the back of the exterior is covered with Velcro, allowing the pouch to be ripped away from its MOLLE backing. This allows the wearer to rip the pouch off his vest or pack and toss it to an injured battle buddy. It also can be ripped away to reposition it for easier access when treating yourself or others.
