Smith and Wesson’s Special Ops line of knives deliver quality spring assisted action at a low price that won’t break the bank. These knives utilize the M.A.G.I.C. mechanism, which stands for Multi-purpose Assisted Generational Innovative Cutlery. The 4034 stainless steel blade is deployed using the thumb stud or the flipper button on the spine of the handle and both methods are left- and right-hand user friendly. The Special Ops handle features aluminum scales with grip inserts over an open-built stainless steel liner lock frame. In addition, the handle has a safety lock that keeps the blade closed, tip-down clip for pocket carry and lanyard hole.
