The Talley Picatinny Base for Howa 1500 with 20 MOA and Anti-Cant Indicator Short Action is machined from 7075 T-6 alloy and is hard coat anodized to 65 Rockwell. This Talley picatinny base accepts any rings that will fit mil-spec 1913 Picatinny rails. It includes mounting hardware and T-15 Torx wrench.
